It’s as important to acknowledge how I work, as it is to view the quality of my images. The way that I go about creating my work and service plays a significant part in deciding whether we get to collaborate.
A successful collaboration starts with amazing service!
The way I currently work is based on years of experience and learning: reflecting on the times that I have got it wrong, doing more of what I get right and continually evaluating and improving. Every decision that has shaped my creative approach is based on these factors.
This begins by understanding through a
phone consultation.
I provide a phone consultation with each assignment where I collect the information such as the location, time, style of images and quantity of photographs needed for your project. You will have to forgive me, but I ask a lot of questions at the start, there is a good reason for this.
The initial consultion is designed to get what’s in your head into mine, this conversations will allow me to get to know you and for you to ask questions. The more I learn the context around your project, the better I can offer my expertise and tailor it to your needs. There are no templates I offer, I will respond to your individual requirements.
If after the consultation I decide the job is suitable, I will then start to build your personalised quote.
Creating your bespoke quote
A lot of care and consideration is taken to make sure you are quoted an honest and fair price for your assignment. I can help you refine your brief to ensure you’re utilising your time and money as efficiently as possible. I will provide accurate costing which is dependent on your detailed and up-to-date information.
It's not all about the money
You allowance will impact the route that I take to deliver your images. Once I have understood the scope of what you want to achieve, I can give you a clear price of the spend in your quote. I will advise if I can cut any corners without the images suffering, and give plenty of recommendations at this point.
If I can understand what you want to spend, what you need for the project, I can walk you through all of the options with which to make an informed decision.
Whats involved in your quotation
Lots of variables go into building your bespoke quote, from details on the location to working out how much time is needed to create what you need. Production costs, post production work, prop-sourcing and lots of other factors will play a part in working out the most cost effective price for you.
The finished Project
Every image has a narrative to tell in which I believe the significance of an image is not the number of hours it takes to produce the image, but rather the impact and effect the photograph will have. With my experience, technical and artistic knowledge I guarantee a fully integrated service that will fulfil all your needs whilst insuring the imagery is bespoke to your specifications.
